Colac Area Health will be coordinating a 10 Week Youth Health and Wellbeing Improvement Program. It is designed to implement holistic health literacy activities which aim to educate, encourage participation and connect young people to local service providers, and increase their knowledge about various health topics whilst increasing their participation in a wide range of activities.

Who: all persons aged 12-25

What: various activities including guest speakers, physical activities, spiritual services, and more (schedule still being negotiated)

When: 12 July – 17 September (Term 3)

Where: Colac Otway Region (Colac, Birregurra, Forrest, Apollo Bay, Lavers Hill)
