Wathaurong Health Service is available at the Colac Youth Hub each Monday, with GP services available fortnightly. An aboriginal health worker and/or registered nurse will be on site each week and can assist with: Health Assessments, Primary Health Care, Health Promotion and Prevention, Chronic Disease Management, Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Disease and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
