Updated 15th September - Please Note New Information

The Colac Central Reserve drive through test site will close from 3pm Tuesday 15th of September.

Testing will resume at the Colac Neighbourhood House Monday to Friday 9:30am to 3pm.

Please phone to preregister for your test on 0427 369 728 or 0456 691 237. Please ensure you bring your Medicare card with you.

 

People can be tested in their homes by booking an appointment on 1800 512 424 if you meet the following criteria;

- You have an injury, chronic health issue or frailty that effects mobility to access a test site

- You have moderate to severe physical or psychosocial disability that effects ability to access a test site

- You have moderate to severe mental health or behavioural issues not otherwise classified as a psychosocial disability that effects your ability to attend a test site

- You are a carer for a person with a moderate to severe disability

 

Coastal sites are also set up; Lorne residents can phone 52 894 300 and Apollo Bay residents can phone 52 378 500 for more information.

Get tested even if your symptoms are mild.

If you've had a COVID-19 test, please follow the advice given to you during your test. Remember, you must go straight home and self-isolate until you receive your result and if your have been in close contact with a confirmed case you must self-isolate for 14 days regardless of the test result.

Do not:
- Stop for a coffee on the way home
- Invite your friends over
- Go to the shops
- Visit relatives
- Go to work
